Children's Privacy

Services are intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

As part of providing individualized educational sleep support, we may request that parents voluntarily submit photographs or videos of their child. Examples may include images or videos showing:

  • Tongue position or oral posture

  • Breathing posture or breathing patterns

  • Sleep posture or sleeping position

  • Sleep environment

  • Feeding posture or latch observations (when relevant)

These images and videos are used solely for educational and observational purposes to help inform recommendations and identify areas that may warrant discussion with an appropriate healthcare professional.

Submission of photographs or videos is entirely voluntary. Parents should only submit images they are comfortable sharing and acknowledge that such materials do not constitute medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

We take reasonable measures to protect submitted materials and will not share them with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Access your information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Delete personal information where legally permitted
