Strawberry Moon Sleep is committed to making strawberrymoonsleep.com usable for as many visitors as possible, including people with disabilities.

Our Approach

The site is built on Squarespace, which includes built-in accessibility features such as keyboard navigation support, semantic heading structure, and alt text fields for images. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, where practical, including:

  • Text and background color combinations chosen to meet contrast standards

  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images

  • Clear, consistent navigation across pages

  • Readable font choices and sizing

  • Form fields with visible labels

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We review the site periodically and make updates as we find opportunities to improve, or as Squarespace's platform capabilities change.

Known Limitations

Some third-party embeds (booking calendar, payment processing, intake forms) are hosted by outside providers, and their accessibility features are managed by those companies rather than by us.
